**Responsibilities**
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations to determine appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with visitors and staff, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and monitoring systems, particularly CCTV, is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively report incidents and interact with the public.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
