**Business Analyst**

The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally to gather and analyze internal and external data, both technical and non-technical. This analyses will be used to predict and evaluate trends and to outline risks, opportunities and solutions that will contribute to positive change and decision making thereby improving technical efficiency and productivity that will drive business performance and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
**What You Will Do**
- Seek out, develop, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity across the business
- Interpret data and analyze results using analytics, research methodologies and statistical techniques
- Develop and implement data analyses, leverage data collection systems and other strategies and optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Work cross-functionally to analyze and interpret data involving company procedures, policies, and workflows
- Identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data and outline detailed
- Outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets the business requirements
- Partner with other stakeholders across the business (sales, operations, marketing) to develop necessary analysis and documentation
- Initiate and prepare analysis on sales results, retention, market, and trends, to support decision making.
- Analyze commercial data such as sales results and forecasts
- Proactively communicate to the business any internal and/or external changes that could impact volumes, performance, and forecasts
- Develop accurate operational sales forecasts by collecting, validating, and analyzing operational data

**What’s required/expected**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of related work experience as a Business Analyst
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency with Power BI or BI Platforms is an asset
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in Real Estate will be considered an asset
