Our client, a leading name in the **industrial and manufacturing sector**, is seeking a high-performing **Regional Sales Leader** to drive growth across **Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northwestern Ontario**. This leadership position is responsible for building a winning sales culture, mentoring high-potential teams, and delivering consistent business results in a multi-location environment.
This search is **strictly confidential** and suited for a senior sales professional with full P&L experience and a strong operational mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead regional sales performance with full accountability for growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Mentor and guide Territory Managers and internal sales teams across multiple branches.
- Shape go-to-market strategies and drive value-based sales in a B2B industrial environment.
- Foster strong customer relationships and lead key account negotiations.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Promote a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and develop future leadership within the region.
**What You Bring**:
- Proven success leading multi-location sales teams in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution setting.
- Experience managing P&L and hitting top-line and bottom-line goals.
- Background in industrial products, technical services, or value-added B2B solutions.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong coaching ability.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; valid driver’s license; able to travel up to 30%.
