Client Care Coordinator at Busy Physiotherapy Clinic

**COM**PHYSIO + Performance Wellness is one of Barrie’s leading privately-owned PT-owned multi disciplinary health clinics and winners of multiple Top Choice Awards for Physiotherapy in Barrie, ON.

We are currently seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our busy team of professionals.

As a Client Care Coordinator at COM, you will be the ambassador for creating a great first impression for our clients and visitors. It will be your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming clients and visitors either in person or on the phone to help them with appointment bookings, billing, paperwork or any appropriate information that they need while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

**Job Duties include but not limited to**:

- Greeting clients/visitors professionally
- Handling all front desk duties with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Responsible for filling the daily schedule and to minimize canceled appointments
- Receive payments, reconcile all petty cash daily, manage client billing cases, accounts receivables, cash and bad debt.
- Support the Mission, Vision and core values of the company.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office, general housekeeping duties

**Education/Experience**:

- 2+ years customer experience considered an asset

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
- Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- Experience using ClinicMaster Cloud and gSuite for business considered an asset_

Schedule: Full Time Hours. **MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK A VARIETY OF SHIFTS.** A minimum of 2 evening shifts and Saturdays. Current Office Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 8:30 pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

**Salary**: $18 - $20 per hour plus additional bonuses
