**The Position**
- CC&L Financial Group is seeking an** Intern Analyst, Real Estate **to join our **Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Ltd. **team for a 4-month term (January - April, 2025).

You will have the ability to work closely with asset management and investment professionals and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the asset management process.
- As an **Intern Analyst** you will:

- Provide assistance and support to both the Investments and Asset Management teams.
- Assist in the preparation of property valuations and the calculation of investment returns, as well as assist with external client and internal property and Fund reporting requirements.
- Provide general asset management support including the financial analysis of potential leases, cash flow projections, redevelopment projects and financing alternatives as well as other portfolio management analysis.
- Assist with the underwriting, due diligence and overall process of completing new acquisitions and dispositions including the preparation of Investment Committee and client reports.
- Gather and evaluate economic and market data.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and special assignments at the broader corporate level as needed.
- Provide support to Crestpoint ESG initiatives.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- The** Intern Analyst** position is geared toward students either in their third/fourth year of an undergraduate degree or MBA with a focus on Real Estate, Commerce, or Finance. We are seeking ambitious students with a strong academic track record, who are interested in making an impact in learning and.
- At least one completed internship/co-op work experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with ARGUS real estate software an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to think logically and problem solve effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure; dealing with changes and interruptions while maintaining strict deadlines.
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Interest in real estate and/or real estate related fields.
