**Your responsibilities**:

- Liaison between factories/warehouses and Customer Excellence team regarding Export orders.
- Manage short cycle demands, expedite past dues, urgent demands and/or special customer requirements with factories specially since these are pre negotiated.
- Lead weekly pacing meetings with factories to provide CE team commitments and monitor/drive their execution.
- Collaborates with fulfillment specialists for obtaining the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on time delivery, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), quality, lead time and flexibility.
- Lead weekly pacing metrics with factories to support Finished Goods fulfillment. Runs daily/weekly reports for process control, process deviations and exceptions resolution. Responsible for performance reporting: OTD (on time delivery), Ext/Int Suppliers Lead Time Performance, Inventory related KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) backlog and stock outs).
- Creates and updates reports, as required, following the ABB standards.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of Procurement practice approved activities.
- Executes and implements new directions within the area of responsibility.

**Your background**:

- Outstanding knowledge and understanding of various supply chain management processes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools will be considered a strong asset.
- SAP experience will be considered a strong asset.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional decision-making abilities.
- Excellent team management/communication skills.
- Advance Excel knowledge is required.
- French/English Bilingualism is needed.
