Key Responsibilities:

- Engage potential donors in a professional manner, effectively presenting the goals and accomplishments of our philanthropic organization.
- Address objections and counter-arguments skillfully during interactions.
- Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and demonstrate flexibility.
- Meet or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability and quick thinking in diverse situations.
- Positive attitude and a strong drive to succeed.
- Previous experience in face-to-face marketing sales is advantageous.

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
