We are seeking an **Customer Service Representative** for our Warehousing Division to join our team at our Montreal, QC ORM Mississauga, ON Office

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
**Customer Care**
- Communicate with clients in a timely manner via various methods on incoming, outgoing, inventory and rate related issues
- Resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain client’s incoming, outgoing and inventory in warehouse management system
- Ensure clients are invoiced accurately and on time

**Vendor Management**
- Communicate with vendors on any client’s day-to-day requirements
- Obtain supporting documentation ( warehouse receipts, outbound BOL )
- Review warehouse payables to ensure vendor is invoicing accurately
- Send approve payables to finance department for processing

**Opportunities**
- Work with Sales Reps, Clients and Internal teams to secure rates and services as requested
- Work with Vendors to obtain pricing
- Maintain and update Vendor list
- Maintain and update Opportunities list
- Create rate confirmation for secured business

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of customer service expierience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail & excellent problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effortlessly with customers, shippers, carriers, and dispatchers
