**JOB SUMMARY**
- To shuttle Guest cars / company vehicles or otherwise mentioned in a safe manner to and from locations as required

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greeting guests, directing and moving vehicles present in drive thru to required locations.
- Bringing vehicles from required locations to drive thru / Lexus Service reception when required.
- Shuttling Guest / employees / or otherwise mentioned using company shuttle.
- Being a key link in transportation when required.
- To always communicate with GSR’s to be aware of cars shuttling to wash, cars driven and present off location at any given time and their status.
- To be efficient with the process of wash and time taken to complete each vehicle.
- Support the team to complete QC (Quality control) for vehicles washed and perform necessary measures and actions if seen otherwise.
- Participate in the Car wash process making it efficient during busy times.
- At all times Communicate, Co-ordinate and Co-operate with Team members effectively this includes Lexus GSRs, PDI Foreman and Wash Attendants.
- Assist in Tire storage (Moving, Labeling, Washing and Transportation)
- Participate in General Housekeeping of both locations Lexus and Dunwin at all times.
- Provide assistance to other departments with consent of manager when required.
- Be proactive in completing your tasks and think outside the box to make department efficient.
- Participate in Snow removal
- Demonstrate and follow Erin Park’s 5 Car Keys (i.e. Efficiency, Courtesy, Safety and Show) through daily activities and interactions

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Valid Driver’s License with a clear abstract
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong ability to manage time efficiently
- A team player

- Managing time in order to meet the deadlines of delivering cars to the guests
