Supply Chain Planner

Ceva is seeking a Supply Chain Planner who will ensure global product availability for our Immucox vaccine line

Ceva Animal Health Canada established itself in Canada with the acquisitions of CentaurVA Animal Health and Vetech Laboratories in October 2011. Our Canadian presence expanded during 2019 when we acquired IDT Biologika subsidiary Gallant Custom Laboratories manufacturer of autogenous vaccines.

Ceva offers an expanding range of products for companion animals, poultry, swine, and ruminants for Canadian customers.

**About the Role**

In this role you will ensure global product availability for our Immucox vaccine line

**Responsibilities**

Strategy and Policy Definition
- In compliance with Group strategy, ensure proper execution of the campus SC policy

Inventory Management and Procurement
- Guarantee the availability of stock for the downstream links in the supply chain whilst controlling DPS risks.
- Identify stock alert (shortage, overstock, allocation) for a range of products
- Ensure that the finished products and/or semi finished products inventories are at the targeted level.
- In case of alert, propose scenarios taking into account constraints and find a consensus with concerned departments.
- Escalate to the manager depending on the severity of the issue if necessary.

Supply Planning
- Define the planning for finished and semi finished products to reach the best corporate and/ or local stock level based on production and distribution constraints.

Demand Planning and Forecasting
- Prepare and may attend Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP), Production Schedule meetings (MPS), Stock Committees, Franchise meetings and specific task force meetings for a defined scope
- Draw up the plan and create the related manufacturing orders to supply the production lines according to their constraints and priorities.

Data Management and Supply Chain Monitoring
- Maintain up-to-date fixed and variable planning parameters (eg. MOQ, lead time, stock ) and raise alerts if needed.
- Follow-up SC KPI for a defined scope. Manage administrative background for product line organization, manage products classification.
- Maintain the data necessary to planning and scheduling: operational task lists, production constraints.

Quality, Continuous Improvement and Regulations Compliance
- Collaborate for implementing end to end supply chain processes and make sure that Suggest planning process improvements & optimizations and collaborate with P&M teams.
- For SC planners managing external suppliers: Manage a purchasing order portfolio in relationship with suppliers to ensure scheduled deliveries and alert/escalate in case of deviation.
- Maintain up-to-date systems.

Project Management
- Contribute and/or manage projects depending on scope and complexity
- Other duties as assigned

**About You**
- **You have a post-secondary education in a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a supply chain planning and/or production scheduling role.**:

- You have demonstrated understanding of supply chain planning and scheduling principles
- You have excellent English oral and written communication skills
- You have demonstrated continuous improvement capabilities within previous scope of work
- You have demonstrated analytical and problem solving capabilities
- You have a passion for on time delivery and providing exceptional customer service

- You are team oriented with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

**Salary**: $68,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
