**Job description: Chef de Partie for Fine Dining Restaurant**
**About Us**:
Our new fine dining restaurant in historic downtown Toronto is looking for a dedicated and talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. Be a part of crafting exceptional dishes in a creative and professional environment.
**Position**: Chef de Partie
**Location**: Toronto, 83 Yonge Street
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and execute dishes in your assigned section to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef to ensure menu consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in your workstation.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Contribute to menu planning and the development of new dishes.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent professional skills
- Expertise in your assigned section (e.g.,grilled,pasta,sauce/soup/side, salads, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
- Passion for high-end cuisine and continuous learning.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
