Health & Wellness Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and organized Health + Wellness Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level support to clients as well as our Health + Wellness team, ensuring smooth workflow and contributing to our organizational goals. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Please include a cover letter with your resume.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling appointments for both outgoing and incoming clients
- Sending medical documents to the appropriate recipients
- Transferring calls to the respective divisions within the organization
- Sending out appointment reminders to clients on a scheduled basis
- Creating medical documents as required
- Assisting with online and text communications
- Maintaining an electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Addressing client concerns and inquiries
- Updating internal documents as needed
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication / customer service skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in various software systems and adaptability to new technology
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Proactive and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Experience with EMR’s is considered an asset
