**Requirements**: - 1 year driving experience - Exceptions upon review - Must be able to cross border - Must have or obtain FAST / TWIC card Pay Package: $ 3500 Sign on bonus Milage Rate: - Loaded Miles 1.54 + Fuel Surcharge miles (Based on PC Miler Practical Route) - Empty Miles 1.28 + Fuel Surcharge miles (Based on PC Miler Practical Route) Company Paid: - Detention after 2 hours at customer $44.07 an hour - Hourly work within 100 miles of terminal $56.90 per hour - Layovers - $275 after a clear 24 hour break (Does not include reset hours) - IRP Plates - 50% - Tank Wash - Flate Rate $44.07 - On Time Load Delivery - $21.50 - Benefit Package - Workers Compensation - Company Authorized Toll roads - Border Crossings - Heavy Vehicle Use Tax - All required permits - Pump or Compressor if required - Truck Decals and E log equipment Owner Operator Perks: - Weekly direct deposit settlements - Safety Incentative - 2% Insurance Deduction after 12 months accident free - Company reported Fuel Tax/Tax - Company Issued P.O #'s for emergency roadside repairs - Company Issued Fuel Cards - Company Fuel Discount Program - Discounted maintenance and repairs as well as discounted rates for parts including tires Owner Operator Paid: - Holdback $3000 - Deducted at $50.00 per week - Fuel - Insurance = 7.5% gross revenue (5.5% after 1 year accident free) - Emission Testing - Must ensure 5th wheel is correct height based on vehicle weight - MT Weight 16000-17000 = 48" 18000 = 49" 19000 = 50" 20000 = 52" Vehicles must pass a GBT road test and inspection. GBT requires copies of all maintenace records completed at offsite locations
