**Operations Team Lead**
**Location**: Edmonton
**Job Type**: Full-time. We operate Mon-Sun from 7 am - 7 pm, a variety of shifts are available.
**Starting pay**: $20/hour base + tips, bonuses and other incentives (usually $2-3/hr extra)
As the Captain of the team, you'll be working side by side in the field with your team on the trucks, while overseeing the day to day operations, training plans, motivating your bench of employees, and completing end of day reports.
Each day, you'll be driving to local residences and businesses in our clean shiny trucks to take away their unwanted items. What you can expect:

- Previous coaching/training/mentoring/managing experience-
- Proficient with technology-
