Do you love to teach and have a passion for helping students grow? TutorBright is looking for dedicated **in-home Tutor-Mentors with experience using the Barton Reading & Spelling System** to support elementary students in developing strong reading skills.

At TutorBright, we believe that student success begins with tutor success. That’s why we provide our tutor-mentors with ongoing support, resources, and strategies to use with their students. If you’re looking for a fulfilling part-time role where you can connect with students, help them gain confidence, and make a real impact, TutorBright is the place for you

**What we’re looking for**:

- Direct experience with the **Barton Reading & Spelling System** (required)
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s program or currently in senior years with strong academic standing
- Experience teaching, tutoring, or working with youth (asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Current or willingness to obtain a vulnerable sector police check

**Hours**:
Flexible, regularly scheduled sessions throughout the year, based on your availability.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
