Why is this role important?

**Day-to-day activities**:

- Designing training and learning activities for the business (videos, printed material, scripts, and other tools as assigned).
- Source relevant content from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and any other appropriate sources to address identified gaps.
- Design and develop blended learning solutions including eLearning, training video scripts, print materials, and performance support tools based on accepted instructional design principles
- Developing retaining and encouraging active learning content for further improvement in job performance.
- Create instructional sound training materials that support the objectives identified by the Senior Change Consultants in the Learning Strategy
- Maintaining a healthy, positive, and collaborative environment in the team.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Learning and Development
- Minimum 2-3 years of Customer Success (or Sales) Training experience, preferably in a healthcare or software sales environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation, training, and building learning material.
- Working proficiency with E-learning software.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office, google suite and CRMs
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques for training and development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization
- Previous experience in a Fertility environment will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
