In this position, you should be a part data analytics, part researcher, part consultant, part strategist but also understand marketing

The Digital Operation Consultant at In Your Daylight works by practicing leads for requirement, gathering for digital implementations, working directly with client stakeholders, vendor’s project teams and coordinating tasks with internal team.

The role acts as a lead for creating a digital adoption plan and the implementing the plan for a business/community across Canada.

The Digital Operation Consultant is responsible for providing clients with required documents using best in class and industry standard practices.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**

Knowledge & skills
- Awareness of cost estimating and project proposal / specification writing.
- Effective client service skills with ability to manage client expectations or redirect to supervisor as needed.
- Strong knowledge of overall digital business operating system.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

Communication
- Makes recommendations or decisions on standards and process improvements in line with client needs and requirements.
- Provide/create documentation on implementations, training and workflows.
- Prepares technical documentation (e.g., user guides, technical specifications).
- Ensures clients have adequate training materials and sessions to ensure consistency, oversee development and scheduling.

Implementation
- Requirement gathering.
- Ensuring success criteria met.
- Post go-live support.
- Provides support for errors and troubleshooting with vendors when necessary.

Solution Consulting
- Delivering research through client requests.
- Sharing innovative solutions to new/existing problems.
- Working directly with stakeholders and vendors to deliver solutions.
