**Join our passionate team as an FP&A Performance Consultant and**:
- ** Become a trusted advisor**: Collaborate with key stakeholders (CFOs, VPs) to bridge the gap between strategic goals and FP&A models.
- ** Sharpen your consulting skills**: Uncover process inefficiencies and pinpoint areas for improvement through client engagement.
- ** Design winning solutions**: Translate client requirements into impactful models, reports, and implementations within Limelight.
- ** Be a data whiz**: Utilize your financial modeling expertise to create clear, actionable reports that drive results.
**Are you a perfect fit?**
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis
- 3+ years of consulting experience (bonus points)
- Proven track record of building FP&A models (planning, forecasting, reporting)
- Strong financial and modeling background - financial statements are your second language
- Excellent communication to bridge the gap between finance and other departments
- Client-centric approach - building relationships is key
- Experience with ERPs like Sage, NetSuite, MS Dynamics etc. or FP&A platforms a plus
