**Position Summary & Purpose of Role**

The Director for Global Procurement Digital Transformation will develop, lead and execute the overall Global Procurement Digital program in support of the overall McCain goals and commitments. The role will work closely with the respective regional procurement leaders to ensure McCain delivers on key commitments on the McCain Procurement Digital Strategy. The role requires insight on Procurement & Industry best practices, processes and tools as well as analytics trends. In addition, the role will be responsible to further develop the Centre of Excellence to support the increased business requirements on sustainable procurement, third-party risk management, analytics and future needs. This role will also lead a global team of 8 people with two (2) direct reports and will be required to set clear objectives for the team, monitor performance and coach team members in order to sustain a high performance culture and support career development.

**Responsibilities And Accountabilities**
**The Director will be responsible for the Procurement Digital Strategy, the Procurement Centre of Excellence development and senior leader stakeholder engagement. The person will be accountable to the VP, Global Indirect & Responsible Procurement. The Director will lead a team focused on execution of the strategies with key responsibility areas including**:

- ** Source to Pay Program (S2P) deployment and enhancement**
- Complete S2P deployment across remaining regions
- Continue development and execution of S2P Enhancement Program in collaboration with regional stakeholders and IT Integrated Supply Chain Portfolio team.
- ** Procurement Digital Transformation Strategy - **The Director is responsible for the development and execution of the strategy.

- Develops the strategy against industry benchmarks, best practices and consultants recommendations.
- Leads the strategy implementation and coordinates the activities with all stakeholders.
- **_Capability building in Analytics_**
- Provides technical and development support to improve Procurement capability to provide business insights to the Procurement community.
- Develop and provides training, resources and guidance to build internal capabilities and expertise to drive results in support of all Procurement objectives.
- **
Centre of Excellence**
- Refine and implement the organization of the Centre of Excellence, in collaboration with the regional teams to significantly improve SCA results.
- Builds team capabilities via training and third-party contributions for expertise as required.
- Define new areas of opportunity for CoE to support best practice across Procurement.

Team Leadership**
- Builds capabilities within direct reporting team, focusing on development planning and coaching
- Fosters a culture that allows team to feel valued and respected
- Role model for the McCain Leadership principles and focus on embedding within day-to-day actions and behaviours of the team

Other Areas of Focus**
- Support Global Procurement Policies communication and deployment and all other Procurement process improvements.
- Support deployment of Sustainable Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management programs and tools at McCain (SEDEX, OneTrust, Gan Integrity and others).
- ERP Transformation Program to S/4 Hana.

**Qualifications And Experience Required**
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10+ years of business experience
- 5+ years experience in Procurement, transformation program management experience considered an asset
- Extensive program management experience involving multi-disciplined matrixed and global teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
