General idea for this position is the oversight and execution of the daily kitchen operations. The ideal person would demonstrate a good work attitude by personally performing tasks and leading with excellence. You should also want to work to constantly improve guest satisfaction while keeping up with daily restaurant and kitchen needs.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

- Food preparation as instructed by the Chef
- Understanding that no job is above or below anyone. Everyone has a distinct roll in what makes us great
- Look after the execution of set menus, banquet events and large party events
- Maintaining daily tasks and goal as set out by Chef
- Following and executing recipes and menu items above and beyond expectations every time.
- Keep the team working towards a common goal.
- Always expanding on our execution of food service quality and ease of service
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on working experience preferred, but we welcome all who wish to learn
- Excellent attendance and attention to detail
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Capable of working nights, as well as early mornings.
- Communication and respect above all else

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Severn, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
