Accounting Administrator

**Position Summary**: The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for a variety of accounting and clerical tasks, supporting the overall financial operations of our dealership. This is a key role that requires accuracy, discretion, and a proactive approach.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process payroll, maintain employee records and respond to payroll related inquiries.
- Process employee expense reimbursements.
- Reconcile credit card statements and various general ledger accounts.
- Assist with asset depreciation calculations.
- Prepare and post adjusting journal entries and accruals.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle general administrative duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
