Similarly, we are seeking team members with a positive and collaborative attitude to develop and expand our physical medicine and chronic pain treatment programs.

The Physician Assistant (PA) at Infini Health functions as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide consultations for patients experiencing acute and/or chronic pain secondary to musculoskeletal dysfunction. The PA will complete assessments, diagnose, manage acute and chronic pain, order and interpret diagnostic tests, recommend and order procedures, refer to specialists, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide health education to patients and families in collaboration with a specialist physician. Interdisciplinary rounds are conducted daily to discuss goals and treatment plans. This role is also a key component within Infini Health to provide patients with continuity of care between and after procedures. Infini Health hosts educational events approximately once a month outside of clinic hours; participation from the PA may be requested at some of the events.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduation from a recognized Physician Assistant Education Program.
- Registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) as Physician Assistant.

**Preferred Assets**:

- Demonstrated ability to practice both autonomously within their scope of practice and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a leadership position including training and supporting colleagues, as well as policy and program development.
- Ability to deliver educational material and training to clients, staff, and medical professionals.
- Technologically savvy - comfortable using Microsoft 365 and electronic medical record systems.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a relevant clinical setting, such as sports medicine or pain management is preferred.
