**Your Opportunity**:
The Anatomic Pathology department at Peter Lougheed Center in Calgary is looking for an Administrative Assistant III who will help with the AP administrative and clerical tasks, as required. You will also be responsible for receiving and distributing pathology cases (slides) to pathologists; tracking and filing slides; and completing cases for consults and special send outs. Please note hours required for this position is 8:15-4:15pm, Monday to Friday.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Previous clerical or administrative experience in Anatomic Pathology is required - consult desk, sending or receiving pathology cases, filing, etc. Knowledge and experience with Epic/Beaker - AP, as well as Excel and Outlook. Applicant must have professional phone etiquette skills and must be organized and able to work independently and within a small group of colleagues.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous office admin experience outside Anatomic Pathology is considered an asset (healthcare or other industries). Experience with timekeeping or payroll is considered an asset.
