Sous la supervision du Chef d’équipe, le titulaire du poste aura la responsabilité de fournir une qualité exceptionnelle de prestation de services techniques chez nos clients. Le titulaire du poste agira à titre de représentant technique de première ligne et devra fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.

Responsabilités:

- Effectuer le dépannage technique sur des ordinateurs, caisses et points de vente.
- Installer, modifier et effectuer des mises à jour sur ces mêmes équipements.
- Effectuer le diagnostic et le dépannage de problèmes réseaux.
- Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnelle.
- Gérer l’inventaire des équipements selon les politiques et standards de Moneris.
- Être disponible à travailler sur des quarts de travail variés incluant les soirs et weekend sur rotation.

Éducation et autres exigences:

- Bonne maîtrise du système d’exploitation Windows et des équipements de réseaux (Routeur et commutateur).
- Éducation post-secondaire dans un domaine technique pertinent.
- Expérience et compétence notable à offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnelle.
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles qui incluent l’esprit d’équipe et la capacité d’adaptation à différents types d’environnement.
- Capacité à communiquer en Français autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et avoir un niveau d'anglais fonctionnel.

Functions:

- Troubleshooting computers, cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- Installing, modifying and updating the hardware
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues
- Offering exceptional customer service
- Managing hardware inventory according to Moneris’ policies and standards
- Working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends

Education and other requirements:

- Good knowledge of the Windows operating system and network equipment (router and switch)
- High school degree in a relevant technical field
- Experience and significant skills in offering exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills, which include the ability to be a team player and to adapt to various environments
- Ability to communicate in French, both written and spoken, along with basic communications skills in English
