Pad Pattern Maker

Well established Ladies wear Company since 1988 located in the Chabanel area, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team in the role of Pattern Maker on Pad system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create spec sheets for each style
- Check /Measure the samples before the fitting session
- Attend / participate in fitting sessions
- Be able to recognize fitting problems (balance of garment, construction of pattern)
- Able to adjust pattern to rectify fitting problems
- Ensure grading rules are correctly and accurately applied to all patterns
- Work closely with Sample Sewers and production team to ensure that the garment is sewn in a method that its achievable at production level

**Requirement**
- Must have experience in Ladies Wear
- Bilingual if possible.
- Knowledge of pattern construction for garments (mostly knits).
- Organized and self efficient
- Must be able to work effectively within strict timelines, while under pressure.
- Positive energy.
- Ability to work with a team and exchange opinions to evaluate issues and determine solution
- Experience in3D Clo is an asset
