**Luxury Move Management - Sales Representative**

Luxury Move Management (LMM) was created to provide move solutions from start to finish to make the entire experience enjoyable. The team at Luxury Move Management specializes in handling every home with care and managing moves of every size and complexity.

Currently LMM services the Greater Toronto Area.

We are now looking to add a full time **Sales Representative **to our Toronto team.

As our Sales Representative, you will build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities aligned with the needs of our clients to achieve monthly financial objectives. We are looking for someone who is deeply motivated to achieve results and share in the success of our growing business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**
- Works closely with the Director, Sales on strategies that drive business growth including prospecting, building relationships, and communicating a strong value proposition to potential and existing clients.
- Strong client services orientation - gathers requirements, can quickly identify client needs and offers practical solutions as well as functional specifications based on LMM’s service offerings.
- *Draft sales estimates and can present ideas in a clear and succinct manner.

**Contracts/Administration**
- Prepares estimates with client, finalizes contracts based on client needs of service.
- Maintains and updates all sales related activities, forecasting and pipeline information.
- Ensures revenues are received and continues the ongoing relationship with the client.

**Team Orientation**
- Works well with the team holistically, understands the team capabilities and communicates clients needs with the team to achieve shared success in the business.
- Schedules services with the team and ensures smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Other duties as required to support a growing business.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Post-secondary education is preferred, minimum high school education required
- Self-starter, goal oriented and results driven
- 2+ years of sales experience selling high end services and/or products
- Proven experience and understanding of marketing and sales lifecycle
- Understands how to deliver a strong value proposition and solve customer pain points
- Proven skills with creating and maintaining relationships (long-term sales cycle experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Sheets/Docs, using google as a research tool

**What You Need**:

- Ability to work full time weekly schedule (M-F, 40 hours/week)
- Must possess a valid driver license and access to a vehicle for travel to clients across the GTA.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English

**COMPENSATION & OTHER BENEFITS**
- Competitive base salary and other sales incentives, commensurate with experience

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
