**Functions & Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the most efficient unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product, and the picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of quality
- Ensures crew members have the appropriate equipment and tools necessary to perform their jobs.
- Guarantees the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
- Must maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Direct the operations of the assigned work team to achieve prescribed objectives
- Participates in operations development and problem-solving meetings as requested.
- Maintains confidentiality in all areas.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- May perform work of crew members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have appropriate transit to attend the directing branch office.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Spoken English (fluent), Written English (professional level)

**Job Type**:Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, Benefits after 90-day probationary period
