- ***:_ _Under the direction of the Senior Project Manager, HIS Renewal, the Project Support position will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of the UKG Workforce Management solution. This position will work closely with the Project Team on all phases of the implantation but their main focus will be the scheduling module within the electronic solution._

- **DATE REQUIRED**:_ _As soon as possible_
- **SALARY**:_$30.98 to $34.42 per hour_

- **Education**:_
- _Completion of High School Diploma required_
- _Completion of community college business or administrative assistant course, or equivalent experience, required_
- _Training in project management approaches/methodologies an asset_
- **Experience**:_
- _1-3 years of recent experience, in a hospital setting, working with clinical and non-clinical work schedules is required. _
- _Previous participation in healthcare-related projects is an asset. _
- _1-3 years of previous experience in process improvement/optimization initiatives is an asset. _
- _1-3 years of previous experience with computerized scheduling software is an asset._

**Abilities**:

- _Advanced decision-making and engagement capabilities._
- _Adept at presentations, public speaking, and verbal/written communication skills._
- _Virtual meeting facilitation skills and capacity to work within Microsoft Teams._
- _Excellent working knowledge of Collective Agreements, preferably HPHA ONA, OPSEU and CUPE contracts._
- _Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel._
- _Strong prioritization, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail._
- _Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team._
- _Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving._
- _Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, collaborators, and external partners._
- _A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information._
