**-Meeting with patients to observe and assess their behavior**

**-Meeting with families, teachers, or doctors to discuss the patient’s treatment and progress and recommend ways to address behavioral issues**

**-Developing individual treatment plans to correct, maintain or improve certain behaviors**

**-Helping clients set and meet behavior goals**

**-Keeping detailed notes of patient meetings and progress**

**-Using ABA methods such as reinforcement and conditioning to correct or reduce aggressive, harmful, and anti-social behaviors and to encourage positive behaviors**

**-providing supervision to trainees pursuing BCBA and BCaBA certification, and ongoing supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs.**

**-conducting competency assessments for RBTs and RBT applicants.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $55.00-$78.00 per hour
