The Quality Process technician is responsible for verification of raw material process and start-up, ensuring to run the right product. Responsible for analyzing and mitigate the risk related to the product running on specific mold to satisfy customer. This position is a night shift role 9:50 pm - 6 am Tuesday to Saturday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Audit the infeed to ensure each line has the right raw material with the right proportion.
- Audit the printing.
- Analyze the risks when changing mold or insert, evaluate the gravity and frequency, mitigate accordingly to eliminate risks or bring them to acceptable level.
- Perform the First Article Inspection
- Audit workstation to ensure that each line has right material and configuration, right alert, and operators are aware of the hazard related
- When there is change that may affect the quality of the product, ensure that line is clear before allowing to start.
- Report non-conformity on MPS-KMS

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to learn the products, plastic processing and injection mold
- Ability to analyze risk based on severity and frequency according to historical database and mitigate
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence
- ability to manage stressful situations
- Ability to work with a high volume of sample to measure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn/use software such as SAP, SQCPack, Shoplogix, Microsoft office or platform such MPS-KMS
- Must have adequate written and verbal communication skills
- Have an attention to details
