**The Corporation of the Town of Perth is seeking resumes for an Administrative Assistant in Development Services.**
**Position Summary**:
**Qualifications**:
- A one-year Community College Certificate (minimum level of education required for position).
- One (1) years’ experience required.
- Sound organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Complete computer literacy, including knowledge of spreadsheets and database software.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with the public, user groups, etc.
- Experience working in a law or realtor’s office, or engineering/architectural/planning firm would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of maps, surveys, and construction plan reading would be considered an asset.
This is a full time union position at 36.25 hours per week, with OMERS pension and full medical/dental. The pay ranges from $24.63 to $29.34 per hour.
**School Crossing Guard**:
The Corporation of the Town of Perth is seeking resumes for a School Crossing Guard
Reporting to the Director of Protective Services/Fire Chief, the School Crossing Guard is responsible for guarding designated street crossings during hours when children are going to or coming from school.
This non-union position is placed on the Panel A with a current hourly rate of $15.50 to $17.55. A complete job description is available upon request.
