**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in menu planning and meal preparation to meet dietary needs and preferences.
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
- Serve meals to residents or guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service operations.
- Participate in catering events as needed, providing excellent service and presentation.
- Utilize knife skills for food preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency in meal assembly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Familiarity with menu planning, food handling, and safety regulations within the food industry.
- Experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- A passion for delivering high-quality food service with attention to detail.
