**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
Join the Adventure As a Mountain Adventures Guide, you'll lead guests through thrilling activities like the High Ropes Course, Zip Line, Climbing Wall, and more-sometimes up to 50 feet in the air You'll ensure safety, harness guests, and explain park rules. If you love adventure, teamwork, and creating unforgettable experiences, this is the job for you
- Guide guests through orientation, prescreening, and waivers, clearly explaining park rules and risks
- Properly harness guests and manage participant flow for a safe experience
- Monitor guests, enforce safety regulations, and assist in emergencies
- Provide coaching, encouragement, and support to participants
- Assist with rescues as needed, including verbal guidance and possible physical evacuation
- Inspect course components and gear daily, maintaining accurate logs
**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus
- Comfortable working at heights up to 50 feet
- Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and coaching abilities
- Professional, energetic, and able to work independently
- Quick thinker who stays calm under pressure
- Physically capable of navigating attractions and working outdoors
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
