The Corporate Inventory Analyst - Attachments works closely with the ordering teams, specifically the Construction and Forestry division within Brandt Tractor. This position will be responsible for forecasting attachment requirements, assisting in placing orders and providing inventory control of incoming and outgoing attachments.

Be a part of projects pertaining to new product lines, product changeovers, cross reference material as well as vendor management and analytics. Analyze and coordinate vendor returns to determine the best course of action whether it be transfers to central hubs or direct to vendors.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Report Creation and Running (Stock Leveling / Returns / Data Integrity)
- Running price tapes, checks, and update within the business system
- Manage ongoing relationship with key vendors and their personnel
- Complete price checks at bordering dealers quarterly
- Ensure update of all prices assigned align with our pricing strategy
- Provide input on pricing changes that need to be made
- Complete surplus returns and provide to stores to pick/execute
- Return Closeouts (AR Docs / Removal of Inventory)
- Special Projects (Product Changeover / Cross References / Strategic Sourcing)
- Create larger top up, seasonal or container load orders to be reviewed by Inventory Manager
- Will be a Subject Matter Expert within the Attachment business segment
- Additional Duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:
Required Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail, accuracy, deadline oriented and the ability to multi-task are essential.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
- Previous experience in the heavy equipment business, with demonstrated history of managing inventory for regional distribution and working with department managers for local inventory at the branch (right parts, right place, right time and right price) would be an asset.
- Analytical / critical thinker who can problem solve and think outside the box
- Ability to contribute to process improvement regarding parts processes
- Strong work ethic, willing to put in extra time as needed to get the job done
