We are currently seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Product Officer to join our team in Toronto. As the Chief Product Officer, you will have the ultimate responsibility for the company’s product strategy, development, and success. You will drive product innovation, oversee the entire product lifecycle, and ensure the delivery of exceptional products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the company’s overall product strategy, aligning it with the business goals and objectives of Mani Wonders Inc.
- Lead a team of product managers, designers, and engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their success and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, to develop and prioritize product roadmaps.
- Drive product innovation by identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target market, customer segments, and user personas.
- Oversee the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
- Define product requirements and specifications based on customer insights, market analysis, and business objectives.
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to translate product concepts into tangible, innovative solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Manage product budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient utilization and successful product delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and market disruptions to inform product strategy.
- Act as the product evangelist, representing Mani Wonders Inc. in industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Report to the executive team, providing regular updates on product strategy, roadmap, and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Design, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer, Vice President of Product, or a similar executive leadership role.
- Strong track record of successfully developing and launching innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven and customer-centric mindset.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in the Engineering/Ecommerce industry or a related field is highly desirable.
