We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our **Maintenance Technician**

**Position Summary/Objective**:
As a Maintenance Technician, you enhance the company’s performance by improving the overall effectiveness of manufacturing equipment.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate and uphold Riverside’s Core Values
- Understand and lead compliance with both Health and Safety and Food Safety practices
- Inspect, maintain adjust and repair food processing equipment and machinery to ensure the equipment is always in proper working order.
- Maintenance activities are to meet the required standards of precise highly automated equipment. Maintenance Team members are required to be responsive to production needs and equipment failures.
- Conduct the following assigned activities:

- o Equipment set up and changeover
- o Preventative and reactive maintenance
- o Facilities renovation and maintenance

**Reporting Relationships/ Work Schedule**
- This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Flexibility to work afternoons and weekends

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Preventative Maintenance Schedule Attainment
- Line OEE
- Number of Training Courses Completed

**Education & Qualifications**
- 1 year or less experience in manufacturing maintenance or other technical field. Experience with RNF’s food processing & packaging equipment not required.
- Completed courses in electrical/ controls theory.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Desire to learn and take initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Adapt quickly and effectively to change
- Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Record all maintenance and repair services performed, keep track of all materials and parts used during the repair process.
- Complete all courses in Level 1 of the Riverside Technician Training Program
- Other related duties as assigned
