**Responsibilities**:

- **Generate Leads**: Network and identify potential clients who need renovation services.
- **Consult & Sell**: Meet with homeowners, listen to their renovation needs, provide customized solutions, and close deals.
- **Negotiate & Close**: Present proposals, discuss budgets, and finalize contracts to deliver successful sales.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the results.

**Qualifications**:

- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and be driven to succeed.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and close deals.
- **Passion for Home Renovations**: Knowledge of renovation trends or a strong interest in the industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
