Winnipeg, Canada Mack Sales & Service of Manitoba Ltd. Full time

Build and develop a market for consistent service work.
- Manages technicians and all aspects of shop
- Work with Shop Foreman to maintain orderly flow of work, adhere to check in and repair processes
- Works with Service Writers to advise customers of necessary repairs, and service work required, including estimates
- Ability to address and resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Establishes department sales and annual operating objectives with Senior Management
- Works closely with the Shop Foreman and Warranty Administrator to ensures warranty claims are processed on a timely basis and labor times are consistently met to maximize profit
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Must have dealership OR related industry experience
- Mechanical background OR good understanding of heavy trucks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, delegate and prioritize duties
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Must have access to their own vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $100,000.00 per year
