**Your days will include**:

- Managing contracts, obtaining liability insurance, ensuring WCB compliance for all site maintenance and project contractors.
- Providing input into annual budgeting process for site maintenance and project contractors.
- Providing monthly report on site maintenance/projects with areas of opportunities.
- Developing quality audit process and reporting out on findings.

**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- Road construction experience and/or municipal experience required for minimum 5 years
- Great communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to effectively create schedules
- High sense of being trusted, great organizational skills
- Able to work effectively with heavy travel schedule
- Experience with budgeting and tracking costs
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum level of education Grade 12
