**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Provide exemplary service to customers through inbound calls.
- Negotiate payment agreements and collect balances.
- Resolve issues related to billing and collection measures.
- Assist customers with their equipment.

**Position requirements**:

- Able to work variable shifts between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and weekends from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Able to follow a 5 week training without inturruption
- Fully bilingual in English and French
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Focused on customer service and problem solving.
- Computer literate and able to multi-task.
