**About Us**
We are a group of innovative companies based in Vancouver, operating across industries including real estate marketing, interior design/build, virtual staging, and digital media. We are looking for a results-driven **SEO Expert** to join our team full-time and work directly with our leadership and marketing teams to elevate our online presence across multiple brands.

**Role Overview**
As our SEO Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced SEO strategies to optimize our business websites, improve search rankings, and drive qualified traffic. This is an in-house role (no agencies), where you will work hands-on with our teams to ensure every aspect of our online presence is optimized for maximum visibility and lead generation.

If you also bring broader **digital marketing skills**—such as content marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization—this will be a huge plus.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage **comprehensive SEO strategies** across multiple company websites.
- Conduct detailed **keyword research**, competitor analysis, and market trend studies to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, etc.) for maximum impact.
- Guide and collaborate with our content team to create **SEO-driven content strategies** that align with brand goals.
- Perform technical SEO audits and oversee implementation of fixes (site speed, mobile usability, indexing, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Stay up to date on algorithm changes, emerging SEO trends, and best practices to keep our brands competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO with paid ads, social media, and other digital channels.

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of **SEO success**, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience (agency or in-house, but must now work exclusively in-house).
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Deep understanding of **on-page, off-page, and technical SEO**.
- Experience optimizing **local SEO** for Vancouver-based businesses is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience in other areas of digital marketing (content marketing, PPC, conversion optimization).
