- Sous la supervision du Chef de groupe, expédition vous aurez à assurer la réception, la préparation, la distribution et le suivi des pièces et équipements nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des opérations. Plus précisément, vos tâches consisteront à:
La réception de marchandises,-
Valider les quantités et l’état des marchandises reçues-
La préparation/ramassage de kit de pièces (kanban),-
Répondre aux demandes des différents clients internes du magasin-
Effectuer les transactions nécessaires dans notre système de gestion intégré (SAP),-
Faire l’activation d’appareils à l’aide de logiciels informatiques et selon les protocoles définis-
Tout autres tâches connexes.- Ce que nous recherchons
- Compétences techniquesConnaissance de base en informatique (Outlook, Excel)-
Connaissances de logiciel MRP comme SAP (un atout);-
Formation de cariste (un atout)- Compétences non-techniquesAptitude pour le travail en équipe;-
Sens des responsabilité, autonomie et initiative;-
Polyvalence;-
Flexibilité;- Exigences
- Expérience pertinente : 6 mois
- Exigence linguistique : Français (parlé et écrit)
- Formation : Secondaire 5
- Toute combinaison études/expériences pertinentes sera considérée.
- Satisfaire aux exigences reliées au transport de marchandises notamment du Programme de sureté du fret aérien, CTPAT, etc. qui requiert entre autres la vérification des antécédents professionnels et judiciaires en lien avec l’emploi.
