**Job Description Summary**: This skilled sales professional will be responsible for growing our Healthcare Commercial Service business at Hospitals/Healthcare facilities, utilizing uniquely positioned value propositions from Healthcare’s comprehensive portfolio of Service offerings.

By effectively focusing on customer needs to deliver growth and solutions across the comprehensive portfolio of Service offerings, the HSAM will play an instrumental role in driving profitable results at GE Healthcare.

This skilled sales professional will be responsible for growing our Healthcare Commercial Service business at Hospitals/Healthcare facilities, utilizing uniquely positioned value propositions from Healthcare’s comprehensive portfolio of Service offerings.

By effectively focusing on customer needs to deliver growth and solutions across the comprehensive portfolio of Service offerings, the HSAM will play an instrumental role in driving profitable results at GE Healthcare.

Examples of Commercial Service Deliverables include:

- Contract Revenue
- Non-Contract Revenue
- Multi-Vendor Service (MVS)
- Point of Sale Capture
- Off-Warranty Capture
- Win-Backs
- Asset Management through Biomedical Services, Cybersecurity, Software, etc.
- Facilitate eCommerce adoption
- Facilitate Data, Analytics & AI adoption

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop key stakeholder relationships focused on delivering outcomes that drive meaningful results or impact for our customers. Examples include Hospital Management, Purchasing Organizations, GEHC Account Community
- Differentiate GE Healthcare from our competition by effectively educating customers on our ability to support them with an Asset Management, outcomes mindset and beyond a Break/Fix Service Model
- Contribute to and execute on the targeted information generated through the centralized team Commercial Metric Insights Forecasting process.
- Manage the Public Procurement Environment by identifying opportunities early in the buying cycle, influencing Request For Proposal (RFP) scope, managing professional RFP responses, negotiating price and managing the implementation along with Service Operations team
- Work in conjunction with the entire GEHC Account Community and specifically Field Service Representatives (FSRs), Regional Service Managers (RSM) and Director of Services (DOS) to implement customized solutions
- Develop and maintain high level of GE products/services knowledge, Industry awareness and competitive intelligence
- Work collaboratively with the Service Commercial Excellence Team, Marketing and other departments to ensure our offerings continually serve the “Voice Of The Customer”

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Languages
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Education
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in related field or equivalent experience in Product and/or Services Sales
- At least one of the following core experiences in Healthcare industry
- 3+ years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling & negotiation at all levels within an organization; or
- Graduate of a GE Commercial Leadership Program; or
- 5+ years GEHC experience in customer facing role(s)
- Market Knowledge
- Understands industry trends and their impact on customers, be able to articulate industry issues and help customers address any concerns/issues.
- Business Acumen & Selling Skills
- Demonstrated selling skills including customer presentations, closing and growing sales;
- Ability to successfully build rapport, credibility and confidence, being a trusted advisor & adding value;
- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data to develop financially and sound customer solution offerings;
- Driven & takes initiative / Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Dealing with Ambiguity
- Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities to meet business goals;
- Ability to clearly define and resolve complex issues within the area or responsibility

- Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process

- Possess strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate and present effectively
- Proven ability to influence Customer decisions through exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Travel
- Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays depending on geography and business need
- Territory Coverage is for the Province of Quebec. GE Healthcare Head Office is in Toronto, Ontario.
