**About the Role**:
Clients’ Collaboration Services Technology team is actively seeking a **Senior Collaboration Engineer** to support and enhance their modern workplace ecosystem. This role will play a key part in delivering a secure, efficient, and scalable end-user experience across the organization, with a strong focus on **SharePoint Online** and **Microsoft 365 collaboration tools**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** for **Microsoft SharePoint Online** and **OneDrive** environments.
- Provide engineering and day-to-day operational support for Microsoft 365 core services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Azure/Entra AD.
- Lead the organization-wide **migration of legacy file share systems** into SharePoint Online.
- Oversee integration and support of third-party governance tools like **AvePoint** to manage SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive environments.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **7-10 years** of overall IT experience, with a significant focus on **SharePoint technologies**.
- Minimum **5 years** of experience working with Microsoft 365 platforms in a support and engineering capacity.
- Practical knowledge of **Active Directory**, **Azure/Entra AD**, and Microsoft security frameworks.
- Strong team collaboration and a commitment to enhancing the **end-user experience**.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience with **Microsoft Power Platform** including **Power Apps, Power Automate**, and **Power BI**.
- Proficiency in **PowerShell scripting** for automation and administration tasks.
- Hands-on experience with **AvePoint Cloud Governance** tools and policy configuration.
- Exposure to working in **regulated or compliance-driven environments**.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $42.00-$43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
