Tap & Barrel Shipyards is currently on the hunt to grow our FOH leadership team at our flagship location in North Vancouver. We are looking for both part-time shift leaders and full
- time management.

We are located right next to the Lonsdale Quay Market and steps from the Seabus terminal.
We are looking for energetic, hardworking individuals with a strong sense of guest service and hospitality. Our team fosters a fun and spirited, fast-paced environment within a casual dining concept.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Support Tap & Barrel’s Core Values
- Oversee and monitor daily restaurant operations, provide assistance when necessary
- Coordinate with management team on production planning and forecasting
- Oversee tracking and recording labour, sales, inventory etc.
- Oversee and improve guest service (greeting, educating, processing transactions)
- Develop business strategies to attract more guests & optimize profitability
- Assist in planning, organizing, marketing, and executing events and parties
- Supervise, manage, and schedule staff (100+ FOH staff)
- Initiate and assist with staff meetings and training as necessary
- Educate guests and staff on beer styles, beer history, and beer flavours
- Educate guests and staff on wine styles, wine history, and wine flavours
- Hiring/Recruitment and training of Tap & Barrel staff
- Deal with all issues that may arise from staff and/or guests

With our company expansion plans there is vast growth and development opportunities for all leaders on our team.
2 years FOH restaurant experience is a requirement. Previous management would be an asset.
