Customer Service Representative

**About the role**

At Checkpoint One a great customer experience is our north star. As our customers’ first point of contact, you’ll be the friendly voice of our brands, responsible for processing orders, handling sales that require a little more attention, and managing their experience throughout the process.

You will also work alongside the product and marketing teams to share timely customer sentiment, helping build and maintain the best experience and product lines for our customers across our top brands, such as t-shirt.ca, blankclothing.ca, and safetwear.ca.

**Checkpoint One Apparel** is the parent company for fourteen fast-growing, web-based apparel companies such as **T-shirt.ca**, **Blankclothing.ca **and **Safetywear.ca** with our head office based out of Vancouver, BC. With a dual approach of direct to consumer and B2B we appeal to a wide range of customers. **What you will be doing**
- Responding to all inbound inquiries, providing efficient product, service, delivery, payment and sales support to our customers and distribution centers
- Proactively resolving customer issues by identifying issues, emerging trends, and taking ownership of solutions
- Sharing customer feedback, helping to make our brands and the customer experience better
- Maintaining productivity throughout fluctuations in business demands
- Other duties as needed

**What you should bring**
- Previous customer service experience and a passion for delighting customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort using technology
- Typing ability of 50 WPM or better
- Adaptability in dynamic, ever-evolving business environment
- An easy-going, positive attitude

**Bonus if you have**
- Experience using Windows, Outlook, and Office 365
- Experience using Zendesk
- Previous e-commerce experience

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
