Service Fleet Administrator

$35,000 - $45,000 /year (Dependent on qualifications)

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Efficiently manage daily administration: create fleet invoices, any Ford invoices, review and report on warranty, prepare fleet company statements.
- Working closely with advisor team
- Answering incoming calls to the service department and booking appointments
- Creating and completing purchase orders
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM**:

- Detail orientated and customer driven
- Experience working in an administrative or customer service role
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and organize efficiently
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
