Some qualities we may look for include (but are not limited to):

- Able to stand for specific periods of time (4-8 hours at a time)
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to multitask
- Willingness to learn
- Food handlers certificate considered an asset but not necessary
- Previous leadership experience considered an asset but not necessary
- **Access to a vehicle is an asset as we are looking for 6-7am start times**

**Hourly rate**: 16.35 to 18.35 depending on experience

**Tasks/duties related to the position**:

- Opening/closing the restaurant (with proper training prior)
- Paying close attention to detail in the restaurant
- Providing feedback on employee performance & assisting with staff reviews semi-annually
- Assisting the General Manager with purchase orders, putting away deliveries, managing a team of 5-15 employees on a regular basis on the job, food safety standards and operational standards, etc
- Overall cleanliness in the restaurant and being comfortable to delegate tasks to employees, as well as lead by example in these times
- More tasks/duties can and will be discussed upon hiring

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

**Salary**: From $18.35 per hour

All guests/staff are required to wear a mask at all times. Pexi-glass stands have been placed on the counter for safe distancing purposes. Hand-sanitizer is easily accessible for everyone and extra sanitizing duties are in place to ensure effectiveness.
