Convey travelers' luggage by hand or hand truck.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns or relay it to the relevant department if and when necessary.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Attend to baggage problems.
- Attend to group arrivals and departures.
- Escort incoming guests to their rooms.
- Handle luggage for hotel guests.
- Maintain luggage storage area.
- Keep daily track records of the number of groups that have been handled by the Bellperson and the names of the Bellperson on shift.
- Keep a weekly report of the luggage handling or porterage charges incurred by groups; report to be submitted ever two weeks for payroll implementation.
- Provide information regarding features of rooms, service of hotel and points of interest, if and when necessary.
- Provide guests with protection from rain as they enter/exit vehicles at the front of the hotel.
- Receive and deliver items and messages for guests.
- Ensure that the front of the hotel is kept clear of litter, cigarettes, leaves, snow, ice ect. and the front of the hotel is hazard free.
- Ensure that any relevant guest or group information is passed on to the next shift.
- Adhere to Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre policies and procedures and health and safety procedures at all times.
- Complete additional reasonable duties as assigned.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
