Job Title: Estimator

**Responsibilities**:

- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Proficient in reading and comprehending architectural and structural drawings, as well as project specifications.
- Extensive understanding of the construction process for the interior of houses and commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Analyze project requirements and develop detailed cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and other project expenses.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings or value engineering - Prepare and submit timely and accurate bids and proposals to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with Project and Construction Managers, external vendors, and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
